What a great stay! During my Easter break, I had an amazing experience at a cozy place that felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect for me as it was situated on a quiet street with beautiful views - just what I needed to unwind. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a spacious, comfy bed and a lovely veranda to enjoy the view. The breakfast was simple but delicious, with a selection of cereals and toast to start my day.

There were a few things that were not up to my expectations - the bathroom was shared, and there was only one for up to 6 people. , there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel with clean facilities and friendly staff. The hotel's location near the Te Puia tourist attraction made transportation easy. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very accommodating.

Nothing it was perfect.

The location was amazing! The hotel had a super view and was located in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice veranda to chill out. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. It was really convenient to have free parking on-site.

The room didn't have locks or latches which made me a bit uncomfortable. I would have appreciated more privacy in my room and in the shared bathroom and toilet. It would have been great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room for convenience. The breakfast was decent, but I expected a little more variety as it was a new year's stay. it was a good stay with a few minor drawbacks.

the location was perfect, just a short drive from a popular tourist attraction. the room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom. the breakfast satisfied our cravings and gave us a great start to the day. the view from our room was breathtaking and we enjoyed sitting outside on the veranda. the host was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place!

We found the lack of locks on some doors to be a minor inconvenience.
